Corporate Social Responsibility

We take our impact on the world seriously.

We’re a conscious business and we have a number of measures in place which demonstrate how seriously we take our social responsibility.

We are a business very focused on the wellbeing - emotionally, mentally and physically – of our staff.

Some of the initiatives which define our culture here at Prominent include:

• We work with a number of charities, social enterprises and not for profit organisations who we charge a reduced day rate to ensure they can still afford high quality and impactful PR
• We manage and distribute all collections for the Hygiene Bank in Suffolk and are a drop off point alongside Boots in Felixstowe Town Centre
• We have a partnership with Hey Girls and provide free period products in our washrooms for staff and visitors
• We sponsor the local hockey club which Helen and Keira play for
• We have a recycling and food waste centre at the office
• We prioritise car sharing where possible
• We offer all employees eye care vouchers for free regular eye tests
• As well as 25 days holiday and extra time off between Christmas and NY when the offices closes, we also give all employees access to 5 ‘mental health days’ across the year should they need them.
• All employees have access to free tea and coffee, biscuits, fruit and crisps in the office daily
• Flexible working hours and two working from home days per week are available for all employees should they need / wish to take them
• As well as meeting our legal responsibility of having a first aider on site daily, we also have a duty fire marshal and designated welfare officer
