Lauren manages a growing portfolio of B2B and B2C clients from a diverse range of sectors.
She is a competent Account Manager with a keen eye for detail.
She works closely with Angharad, assisting in the management of client accounts, developing strategies and producing copy for clients which include blogs, press releases, editorial and newsletters as well as website content for a wide range of clients.
She also has experience in social media management and project management and has recently completed a diploma in digital marketing.
Her impeccable attention to detail means she manages rolling PR plans for clients which allow us to monitor activity on live, minute-by-minute spreadsheet. This gives us across-agency access to client work which guarantees the right person is working on the right elements for each account.
She believes in the importance of client-facing relationships so regularly spends time in-house and regularly attends meetings and exhibitions. And she is not afraid to get her hands dirty - regularly getting stuck in at client events.
Lauren focuses on creating bespoke PR plans for clients with proactive opportunities outlined over a three-month period allowing for reactive work to sit alongside this.
This has been especially beneficial for clients in the education sector with calendars of events throughout each term and for those working in industries trying to negotiate political change.
Lauren has become one of our experts on Brexit thanks to her work with Morrison Freight.
She has helped the company plan for changes, reassure customers about uncertainty in the industry and speak out about logistics for UK importers and exporters.
This has helped position the client as an expert on trading with Europe after leaving the EU.
She has also worked with the team in-house to assist them with their recruitment strategy – largely focusing on their company benefits and their desire to grow the company using apprentices. As a result, the company has been inundated with applications for new roles.
As a former apprentice herself, Lauren has been instrumental in championing alternative routes into the workplace and has become a mentor for other apprentices joining our business.
She is calm, measured and intelligent – and although she spends time teaching younger members of the team about PR, she is always keen to continue learning herself. As a result, she has grown in confidence and broadened her skill base and now manages a host of clients of her own as well as two team members.
