Hannah Woodward joined Prominent as an Office Manager in October 2019.
With almost a decade of managerial experience, Hannah is highly skilled at overseeing all staff across Prominent.
Her role involves handling the financial administration of both businesses including invoicing, bookkeeping, credit control, cash flow and liaison with our accountancy team and payroll
On top of this, she manages our busy, bustling office with responsibility for office supplies, management of our IT and phone systems and suppliers and handles all office administration.
Her incredible organisational skills guarantee the smooth operation of processes behind the scenes which ensure teams have all the tools they need to deliver client work to the highest level.
Her background also gives her the experience she needs to manage HR processes, juggle meetings and the booking of our boardroom, keep policies up-to-date, take and circulate minutes and assist with business development.
Hannah’s career has included time spent managing offices, teams, senior and junior staff and facilities as well as project-managing large and building projects.
This means she is able to juggle multiple tasks and has a vast knowledge of the complex operations and day-to-day housekeeping that is imperative to make any business run smoothly.
She has also worked in a number of customer service roles which mean she can manage the diaries of our senior team members to fit the specific needs of our clients.
Hannah may be the first person you speak to when you call our office – and she will do everything she can to help you when she does.
After all, she prides herself on a customer-first approach and her proactive and positive approach mean she is first to put her hand up when something needs to be done.
