Chelsea joined Prominent in August 2018 to complete a level three business administration apprenticeship and joined the agency as a PR Executive at the start of this year.
She is a bright and bubbly young lady who is very ambitious and keen to learn.
In the last year she has become an instrumental part of the delivery team for the Sutton Hoo Ship’s Company and Choose Woodbridge, helping deliver a number of events including campaign launches and a street party which put the town on the national map.
She is well-liked by both clients, regularly attending face-to-face meetings, keeping on top of a jam-packed diary and contributing to brainstorm sessions which bring new creativity to ongoing campaigns.
She is confident delivering social media for a number of clients, targeting specific audiences using different platforms and is always eager to explore something new or develop a new skill.
As a result, she has spent a great deal of time outside of work exploring different web build platforms and her firm grasp of Squarespace and Wordpress has benefitted clients who need amends made without engaging with a developer.
She is also adept at utilising platforms such as Snapchat and TikTok for some of our B2C clients which allow the agency to be at the forefront of marketing trends and reach younger audiences.
Chelsea’s ability to connect with young people has also led her to become heavily involved in promoting apprenticeships in the education sector.
She champions apprenticeships across social media and our blog during National Apprenticeship Week and recently volunteered to take part in a careers day at Woodbridge School, talking to A-level students about next steps.
She is a sponge when it comes to learning and has been mentored extensively by Angharad, helping her develop a superb eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
These have broadened her ability to plan ahead for new and existing clients.
