We have created and delivered a number of tailor-made media training courses to businesses and individuals around the UK.

They include everything from interview technique, media insight and crisis communications right through to copywriting performance, ideas workshops and editorial planning sessions.

On our media training workshops you can work with professional journalists and our video team to practice interviews face-to-face and to camera.

So do you need it and what will it do for you?

Well to be honest, if you want to get more media coverage it’s essential you’re seen and heard in the media on a regular basis and when you make yourself available for commentary this is the most powerful way to get people take notice of what you have to say.

The trouble is, most of us are not naturals in front of the camera. And we can get our words in a muddle.
