Event management

We can plan, manage and deliver outstanding events for our clients with services from conception to conclusion.

This can include conference planning, corporate event management, gala dinners, award nights, charity balls, theatre tours and bespoke themed events.

We can help you with all elements of the promotion - book guest speakers, secure sponsorship, find and dress venues, arrange caterers and entertainment and work with contractors to provide the best lighting, sound systems, video projection and staging for your event.

Customer events are our speciality and we strive to create memorable brand experiences that an audience will remember forever.

To do this, we work closely with our clients, making sure that whatever we create ties in to their specific budget.

Among our clients is a theatre producer that has toured all over the UK with shows such as Noel & Gertie and Hobson’s Choice, repertory theatre seasons such as Frinton Summer Theatre and educational arts programmes such as Frankenstein.

We also supported him with the Theatre on the Coast launch for Southwold, creating a logo and marketing collateral, boosting social media interaction and bringing on board sponsors including Adnams and Suffolk Secrets.

Over 8,500 tickets were sold – beating the targets set for us by 25%.

Other events we have worked on include the street party for Woodbridge when it was shortlisted for the Great British High Street Awards. This led to the town being highly commended and won a raft of awards for tourism.

We have also been involved in two children’s book launches and worked on numerous foodie events for the East of England Co-op.

These included a recipe invention challenge for student chefs to celebrate the store’s big breakfast pack, a wine-tasting tour of a local vineyard and arranging the promotions for the company’s Locally Sourced Fortnight.

This involved a sausage-eating competition, a beer festival and a tea party for over 70s and under sevens to mark the 7th birthday of the scheme.

We regularly host, organise or plan business networking events which have included Ladies in Property Suffolk talks.

Most recently we have launched a national £1 million fundraiser for Make Ship Happen – which will pay for the creation of a 90ft reconstruction of the Sutton Hoo ship, buried in Woodbridge 13 centuries ago.
